POLICY

We aim to dispatch purchased orders within 1-2 Business days of receipt of payment. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

 

All purchased orders delivered to the UK (including Channel Islands) are sent by Royal Mail, as it is the most enviromentally conscious option.  All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48® as standard.

​Royal Mail Tracked 48® is a fully tracked service from Royal Mail who aim to deliver your order within 2-3 Business days. If you need an order ​

Charges for delivery are based on the product you have ordered and will show at checkout:

​

                  Buntings, Keepsake sacks, and soft toys carry a delivery fee of £3.99.

​

                  Cushions, and quilted blankets carry a delivery fee of £5.15.

​

If you need an order for a specific date, please get in touch with us here before you place your order and we will do everything we can to help. Please be aware that express orders may incur higher delivery charges.

Once your order has left us we will get in touch by email to let you know that your order will be with you shortly. We will also provide you with your Royal Mail Tracking Number so that you can follow the journey of your order.

 

Please note that Royal Mail estimated delivery times are an aim and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail do ask that you allow 7 Business Days after the expected arrival date for delivery before they will look into any order thought to be lost. This is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail and you can view their policy on their website.
