POLICY
We hope that you love your new purchase but should you change your mind for whatever reason, we offer a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not apply to made to order purchases and please see below for further details.
To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, original delivery fees cannot be refunded on any returns
Prior to return, please get in touch with us here to start the returns process. Please include your order number and provide a full explanation of reasons for the return and an image of your purchase.
Unfortunately, return delivery costs will be your responsibility and any returns must be sent via a tracked delivery service in same packaging as delivered.
We will notify you by email once we have received and accepted your returned purchase to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Unfortunately, any postage costs associated with the original purchase cannot not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds on made to order purchases unless your purchase was received in poor condition. We hope that this would never happen but if it does, please get in touch with us here and we will do everything we can to help.
