IT ALL BEGAN WITH A CHILD'S IMAGINATION
As a child, I was an adventurer in my own back garden, where trees had secret doors, pennies on the ground were pirate treasure, and every day held new mysteries to discover.
These early days filled with wonder and make-believe stayed with me as I grew. I wanted to give that same sense of enchantment to today’s children, to bring a bit of whimsy back to a world that’s become so digital and fast-paced.

Iris Charles is named after my dear nanna, I have built the business on family love and tradition.
My nanna was my greatest inspiration - in my early years she raised me alongside her sister with a warmth that shaped my world. From long days in her garden to stories shared in her rose-filled living room, she taught me the value of kindness, creativity and a life filled with meaning.
Every piece we make reflects this heritage, combining the heart of our family for today’s little dreamers.

Hi! I’m Kerry, the hands and heart behind Iris Charles. I have a lifelong passion for stories, old fabrics and creating things by hand, I’ve always been a bit of a dreamer.
I’m also a lover of all things vintage and these different qualities shape the way that we approach life and this business.
I want each piece to feel special, to be something families can cherish and pass down, knowing it was made with genuine care.
